Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Kananaskis Casino. These Terms and Conditions set out the agreement between you and us when you visit our website, open an account, or play any game we offer. They explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. Please read them carefully, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Bonus Terms, Responsible Play page, KYC and AML Policy and Underage Gambling Policy, which form part of this agreement.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to every product we offer, on any device, unless a specific game or promotion states additional rules. Where game or promotion rules conflict with these Terms, the more specific rules apply to that game or promotion only.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended only for adults who are legally able to gamble where they live. To open and use an account, you must:

  • Be at least 19 years of age, regardless of the minimum age in your province or territory.
  • Be located in Canada, in a province or territory where online gambling with us is permitted by local law.
  • Use our services only where we are regulated in provinces that require it, and not from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Not be currently self-excluded from gambling with us or under any self-exclusion arrangement that applies to you.
  • Not be a person restricted from gambling for professional or legal reasons.

We run identity, age and geolocation checks before any deposit is accepted. It is your responsibility to make sure that using our services is lawful where you are. We may refuse, suspend or close any account where we are not satisfied that these conditions are met.

3. Account Registration

To play for real money you must register an account and provide accurate, complete and current information about yourself, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address and email address. You agree to keep this information up to date.

  • One account per person. Each player may hold only one account. We may also limit accounts to one per household, device, IP address, payment method or email address where needed to prevent abuse.
  • Duplicate accounts. If we find more than one account linked to you, we may close the additional accounts, void any bonuses or winnings obtained through them, and return remaining deposits as appropriate.
  • Security. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Do not share your password or allow anyone else to use your account. Tell us by email straight away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
  • Personal use only. Your account is for your own use. You may not sell, transfer or allow another person to operate it.

4. Deposits

All accounts are held and all transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD). The minimum deposit is C$10. We currently accept deposits by Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paysafecard, MuchBetter, Payz (ecoPayz) and eCheck. Availability of a method may depend on your account and location.

  • You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
  • We do not charge casino fees on deposits. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges, which are your responsibility.
  • Deposits must not come from criminal activity or from any source you are not entitled to use.
  • We may decline a deposit, request further information, or reverse a transaction where we have security, compliance or responsible gambling concerns.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to verification and to any bonus conditions that apply. The minimum withdrawal is C$10. Withdrawals can currently be made by Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Apple Pay and Payz (ecoPayz).

  • Wherever possible, we pay withdrawals back to the method used to deposit. If that is not possible, we will agree a suitable alternative in your name.
  • Most withdrawals are processed within 1 to 4 hours once approved. Verification checks, payment provider processing times and bank schedules may extend this.
  • We do not apply a casino-wide maximum withdrawal amount. Individual payment providers may set their own limits per transaction, and large or unusual withdrawals may require additional checks before they are released.
  • We do not charge casino fees on withdrawals.
  • We may withhold a withdrawal while we complete identity, age, source-of-funds or fraud checks, or where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time we offer bonuses and promotions, including a first-deposit welcome package for new players. All bonuses are optional and are governed by our Bonus Terms and by the specific terms shown with each offer. Please read them before you opt in. We may withdraw or amend any promotion, and may refuse a bonus to any player, in line with the Bonus Terms.

7. Games, RNG and Live Games

Each game has its own rules, pay tables and return information, available within the game. By playing, you accept those rules.

  • Random number generation. Our digital games use random number generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. The games we offer are supplied by providers whose RNGs are tested by independent testing organizations such as eCOGRA or GLI.
  • Live games. Live dealer games are streamed from studios and use physical equipment such as cards, wheels and shoes. Outcomes are determined by the physical result, as recorded by the game system. Short delays in streaming may occur, and the result recorded by the system is final.
  • Game records. Our game and transaction records are the definitive record of play, bets and results.

8. Malfunctions and Errors

Technical problems can occasionally happen. A malfunction voids all pays and plays affected by it. This includes software faults, server failures, incorrect payouts, display errors and obvious errors in odds or settlement.

  • If a game is interrupted, we will try to restore it to the last recorded state, or return the stake where restoration is not possible.
  • If funds are credited to your account in error, they remain our property. You must tell us, and we may remove them, together with any winnings generated from them.
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by your own device, internet connection or third-party networks.

9. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

We want every player to have a fair experience. You must not:

  • Use bots, scripts, automated software or any tool that gives an unfair advantage.
  • Collude with other players, share information to influence results, or engage in chip dumping.
  • Exploit software faults, errors or weaknesses in our systems or promotions.
  • Use stolen, borrowed or unauthorized payment methods, or initiate improper chargebacks.
  • Use VPNs, proxies or other means to disguise your location or identity.
  • Provide false information or forged documents.
  • Use our services to launder money or for any other unlawful purpose.
  • Behave in an abusive, threatening or offensive way towards our staff.

If we reasonably suspect any of the above, we may suspend or close your account, void affected bets and winnings, withhold funds while we investigate, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

You may close your account at any time by emailing us. If you are closing your account because of concerns about your gambling, please let us know so we can apply the right protections. We may suspend or close an account where we are required to by law, where these Terms have been breached, or where we have responsible gambling concerns. Any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to you after any required checks, unless we are lawfully entitled to withhold it.

11. Dormant Accounts

If your account has had no login or activity for an extended period, we will contact you by email before taking any action on it. Any balance will be handled in line with applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including our name, logos, designs, text, graphics, software and game content, belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may use it only to access our services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create works based on any part of our website without our written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data or opportunity.
  • We are not liable for interruptions, delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, power failures or actions of third-party providers.
  • Our total liability to you in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount you deposited to your account in the relevant transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for any losses, costs or claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

15. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please contact us by email at support@kananaskiscasino.app with your username, a description of the issue, and any relevant dates, game names or transaction details.

  • We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible.
  • If the first response does not resolve the matter, you may ask for it to be reviewed by a senior member of our team.
  • We will give you our final written position by email once our review is complete.
  • If you remain dissatisfied, you may have the right to refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body or to the gambling regulator in your province, where applicable.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation or our services. We will post the updated version on this page and, for significant changes, notify you by email or when you next log in. Continuing to use our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Canada and of the province or territory in which you reside. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of that province or territory, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

18. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with the policies referred to above, form the entire agreement between you and us about your use of our services.
